Which temperature ranges do you cover for chemical transports?

We transport temperature-critical chemicals in four validated ranges: +15 to +25 °C (room temperature), +2 to +8 °C (refrigerated), -15 to -25 °C (frozen) and -60 to -80 °C (dry ice). Each range is secured with calibrated sensors and passive thermoboxes.

Are your transports ADR-certified?

ADR certification will be completed from mid-2026. Today we already transport non-classified, temperature-critical chemicals to the highest safety standards. Talk to us if you are planning ADR-regulated shipments – we will advise you on your options.

How does temperature monitoring work during transport?

We rely on Tive cloud sensors with GPS and temperature data every 5 minutes. You get a personal tracking link and are automatically notified of any deviation. After delivery we provide a full temperature record as a PDF.

Can you transport APIs (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients)?

Yes, transporting pharmaceutical active ingredients is one of our core competencies. We work GDP-aligned, document seamlessly and use validated packaging solutions. Our processes are tailored to the specific demands of pharmaceutical chemistry.

Which packaging solutions do you use?

We use validated passive packaging from va-Q-tec and Intelsius with PCM packs holding temperature for up to 120 hours. For dry ice shipments, specialty packaging with validated hold times and refill concepts is available.

How does a dry ice shipment work?

For dry ice shipments your substances are transported in special insulated containers with dry ice at -60 to -80 °C. We calculate the required amount of dry ice based on transport duration and outside temperature. Refill stops on long-haul routes are possible.

Which countries can you transport chemicals to?

We cover all of Europe by road, with a focus on the DACH region, France, Benelux and Eastern Europe. Standard routes run via Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Vienna and Budapest. For overseas destinations we organise temperature-controlled air freight.

What documentation will I receive after the transport?

You receive a complete transport dossier: seamless temperature record at 5-minute intervals, GPS route history, handover protocols and, on request, additional quality-relevant evidence for your internal documentation and audits.
