ISO 9001
Since December 2025
International standard for quality management systems. Our processes, documentation and continuous improvement are certified according to ISO 9001:2015.
GDP (Good Distribution Practice)
Since January 2026
EU guidelines for good distribution practice of medicinal products for human use. All transport processes meet the GDP requirements of EU directive 2013/C 343/01.
ADR (Dangerous Goods)
Since In preparation
European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road. Certification is currently being prepared.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Detailed SOPs exist for every critical process: from order intake through temperature monitoring to delivery. Regular reviews keep them up to date.
Vehicle calibration
All temperature-recording devices in our vehicles are calibrated on a regular basis. Calibration certificates are documented and available on request.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
In case of deviations we conduct systematic root cause analyses. CAPA measures (Corrective and Preventive Actions) are implemented and followed up.
Internal audits
Regular internal audits verify compliance with all quality standards. External audits by customers and certification bodies are welcome at any time.
Training & qualification
All employees undergo regular training in GDP, temperature management and SOPs. Training records are documented and archived.
Change control
Changes to processes, equipment or routes are managed and approved through a formal change-control procedure.
